I just spoke to Tracy Gillette at TSIG IT services.

1. There will be a series of content changes made to the site this weekend. The 20 CDs available with the Card is just one.

2. They are back to 24/7. Calls are picking up as the various ramp-ups are beginning and are expected to take place.

3. The CD delivery delay has been found and fixed. It created quite a backlog but they are in the mail. It was an admitted blunder. They offer no excuses for the problem lasting as long as it did, but they didn't know about it until the CDs were late. Something about the file format with the fulfillment house that wouldn't let them read the orders. Those CDs have gone out without a confirmation invoice as they felt receiving the CD was the important step.

4. There is no charge to have the Card sent separately when purchased.

5. The new Babe Ruth site is done and could be up next week.

6. She is not sure when the Amplified link will be added. It should be soon. They wanted to get the primary site right for use. It sounded like a relatively simple step.

7. The MY MusicCard site is expected to have the final corrective touches done in about 7-10 days.

8. They want everyone to continue to email their corrective findings into the home office. It is very important to them to receive your feedback. It is greatfully accepted.

9. Tracy apologizes for some of the late and non-responses to inquiries. They have been very busy and needed to place their time on the job at hand. She appreciates your understanding.

Hope this answers some questions.

Bob

Thanks.
