retroactive DOR doesn't make sense. Why announce a DOR that would not make the stock price climb. Insiders own 40 million shares, they want the price to climb, not stay flat! The DOR will be anounced next week.

Read post #6967, If you own a stock and it trades for $1.00 for 3 years, How in the world can they go back and dilute it by 50%?? I asked a friend of mine who is a securities lawyer for a Baby Bell, and he looked at the PR. The DOR MUST be Later than the day they announce the DOR! They CANNOT BACK DATE IT! If you want chapter and verse call the SEC.
