Larry,remember each phone sales converted to the internet is is worth about 5-8 bucks to Dell.I am predicting 50% of Dell's sales to come through the internet by end of this year of middle of next and that is a lot of savings for Dell.

Very interesting to compare the cost structure of various PC guys and see who doing what to whom.
