To all those people who think they're jumping on the bandwagon, Mr. Harmon DID NOT WRITE ABOUT TUNE ... he wrote about the Broadcast.com/Yahoo deal ... and he expounded on other companies that deliver streaming sound and video over the internet, companies such as RNWK.

All Mr. Harmon did was was mention TCI Music as a company that was poised to deliver music over the net ... I don't think he or anyone anticipated the news that Liberty would fold it's entire Internet holdings into TUNE and use that stock as a currency to make acquisiitions, news which has propelled the meterotic rise in this stock ...

At $8/share, TUNE's holdings, (DMX, THE BOX and especially SONICNET.COM) were incredibly undervalued, and those that invested at $8/share surely anticipated price gains, but no one - not even Mr. Harmon - wrote that they anticiapted or predicted this particular situation...
