He won't answer that. Didn't answer previous similar queries from others, and hasn't answered same from me.

At first I thought everyone was very unreasonable to be so anti-Dagan. His answers were always very cool and reasonable enough to get a lot (including me) to give them credibility. In other words, like his "options are expiring/sky is falling" posts, the scenarios are possible...just v unlikely.

So the options expire. Dagan sees then that they'll all be exercised (holders will buy the cheap shares) and - here's the v unlikely part - ALL sold immediately, causing the price to tank. Option holders, at least a number of the biggest, in any stock are insiders and it's unlikely they'll want to do significant harm to their own stock. (This is a repurposed, to me wholly logical, explanation from an un-named but IMHO reliable and knowledgeable source. It is what I thought of the situation but didn't have enough experience to argue convincingly. My thanks to the source, who I'm not involving so he doesn't have to get into all the stupid back-and-forth on this unless he wants to).

Having fun, Dagan?

Stay long, longs!
