Actually, an amendment of this sort is quite simple
It's quite possible that the registration statement could go effective as early as Monday. I can assure you that the SEC won't be reviewing this amendment for two weeks.

Touchee- the financials audit becomes a publishing exercise at the end . I have done 10K filings and the documents with 2 days to go always had bullets all over the place, small inconsequential details that just held up the filing. Its normal folks...
