Remember the comment I made to Burke about Q4 inventory levels at CPQ, and his nonsense about Dell losing market share? My guess is that CPQ had to swallow a lot of excess inventory. I also believe that CPQ will continue to unveil new strategies designed to halt Dell's onslaught. The new initiatives will be as ineffective as the old.

Another fearless prediction. It may take a couple of quarters, but I think that analysts will soon come to the conclusion that CPQ must exit the commercial PC business and try instead to compete with IBM at the upper end with high end servers and service.
