You're right, amendment no. 2 was filed on 4/7 If Dagan is right that another amendment was filed today, then the registration statement could be going effective Monday. I checked FreeEdgar, and amendment no. 3 hadn't been posted yet. But sometimes there's a lag. In any event, the increasingly shortness of the time periods between amendments (8 days between amendment no. 1 and no. 2, and 2 days between amendment no. 2 and no. 3) indicates that bid.com is having direct telephone conversations with the SEC in order to clear the SEC's final comments/issues in short order.
