ahhto2,
We will see significant revenue growth this year compared to last:
1) Unicore is growing very fast. Unicore had over 3 million in revenues last year. We will see at least 4 million in revenue from unicore this year IMO. TSSW had 4.8 million in revenue last year.
2) Deal with Diamond will also add more dollars in revenue this year. Diamond is a very big company with very strong modem sales
3) Partnership with Digital Revenue will increase revenue . . .number one in its category.

Earnings: We will see a return to profitability . . .
1) CEO stated that merger with Unicore would immediately " improve TSSW's bottom line "
2) Combined company will not have to pay 2 CEOs . . .2 CFO . . etc . . overhead expenses will be less
3) Unicore will be able to use TSSW's net loss carry forward to reduce its tax payments

References Any Restructuring Charges
1) Any one time charges to earnings will result in significant gains going forward. Bet TSSW leases its CA operations. . . saves at least a million in Executive salaries and overhead from consolidating its operations.

Look for more product announcements in the coming months. . .Bundle agreements and partnerships with OEMs.
