Wait till Russia tries to send oil etc etc into Yugoslavia...Must some of this go by sea?...If so, maybe NATO will stop the ships! ...I can picture the following phone conversation between Boris and Bill---Boris: "Slob's asking for oil, how can i say no?"...Bill: "Tell him you're short of oil yourself and can't spare any"...Boris: "That won't work, he already knows we can send it"...Bill: "Well, we'll then have to stop your cargo ships-otherwise you'll make me look bad and it will also prolong the war"...Boris: "But, If you stop them, then I'll look weak and the 94% of russians who don't think I'm doing enough will rise to 100% and I'll be thrown out by Lebed et al, and you sure don't want that to happen, now do you"....Bill: "Boris, someway, you gotta tell Slob you're broke and can't spare any oil.Once that oil is loaded, you and I have no way out..
