Adam,

The way I understand it, the rule regarding the stock trading at a minimum price for a specified period of time (I've heard several variations) is a general guideline, but not a hard fast rule. SNMM easily meets the requirements for the NASDAQ National Market listing. The application was submitted on 3/12. Word is that the average time to acceptance is anywhere from four to eight weeks. We could see approval as soon as Monday. Then again, another month or so is entirely possible. No way of really knowing. Personally, I'm holding tight to every share I own. I won't risk missing the ride once NASDAQ is announced.

Long SNMM!

Looks like SNMM has been added to the YHOO profiles -- complete with Market Guide earnings reports, SEC filings, etc. This must be a new listing as of last week.
