It appears that Dougie may have been yanking our collective chain We can't seem to find amendment no. 3. Maybe it will show up somewhere -- I sure do hope so. For once I hope that Dagan was right (although he doesn't seem to realize that amendments real close together is a good sign that the registration statement will be cleared soon(.
