Whenever you see a wide swath of scam stocks suddenly jump a point or two in unison on no news, the explanation could be as simple as short covering by a hedge fund. As an individual investor you have to view something like ABTE or CYOE for what it is, a complete scam that at some point in the future will go to zero. Don't let the short-term static bother you.

When they rally like that short 'em. All of those stocks are popular shorts and have small floats with too damn many shorts. I think its good to shake a bunch out and get the price back up where it can drop more readily and rapidly.
