Do you remember it backs down to 132 after Amazon announced its auction? The MM is playing the fear of short and the greed of long like a yo-yo. Think about it, when MM gaps its price up, the long will hold and trying to buy more because of greed, while the short will try to cover because of fear. If one thinks ebay is way overvalued, the best way is to stay away, do not go short. When the shorts stays away, it will resume the downward trend.
