I have not heard reports of raping the refugies One speculation on this is that Clinton doesn't want the rape word used by or around him for fear it will ignite thoughts of his own problems with rape accusations.

brees,Good post....I know of no one who likes the situation in the Balkans....There might be solution to this problem with a little statesmanship from BC.When I say statesmanship...I mean what is in the best interest of America....not trying to reform a tarnished image. Think people! we have Mad Albright, Barbara Boxer, Jessie Jackson, and Bill Clinton supporting and leading a military campain in Europe. EUROPE IS AT WAR and we are involved.Our ranking military are silenced.We get the daily spin from hand picked p.r. men. If the old Slob decides to drop a couple of SCUDS on Paris or Berlin,and being at war, he has every right, this thing could get out of control.I miss George,Hell I even miss Jimmy.

With all the first hand reports of rapes, combined with the Serbian track record of using rape as a weapon, or for gratification; there is no doubt that there are significant rapes of Kosovo ALbanian women and children. The only question is, how really bad is it? The Serbs do not want any news reporters to see what they are doing. Ok. Your turn. What kind of spin are you going to use to make Milosevic look good and the US look bad.
