Sheila and other Compaq holders - condolences. So glad to see Compaq fall down though. Regardless of intrinsic ZIP v. SuperD values, Compaq showed utter contempt for their customers when they decided to switch the "standard" in high capacity removable storage. "Uh, sorry, but the box you bought in January isn't exactly compatible with the one we sold you in December." The unethical b*st*rds so much as told buyers to, "GO TO DELL!"

My wife's friend recently bought a Compaq with a Superdisk. She uses Zips at her office so she purchased a USB Zip drive so she could bring her work home. She got a deal on the Compaq. She said the Superdisk is very slow and doesn't use that part of the drive. The USB Zip is alot faster and also bought a 10 pack of Colored Zip Disk.

I think alot of Superdisk people that have these Computers will buy USB Zip drives!!
