Bill, with respect to SEA crony capitalism did not prevent that region from achieving economic growth that was the envy of the world for many years. The major factor which ruined SEA was the excess debt and industrial capacity financed by credit excesses in that region. Once the US bubble bursts we will be reminded of the dangers of credit excesses. Mike
