<<I'm not sure how the prices compare to previous auctions. Based upon what I've observed of this auction so far, it appears that LWIN is following their business plan of providing cheap WLL service to underserved areas. It also appears that they have a budget and price in mind for the spectrum upon which they are bidding. I'm pretty impressed with their discipline. It looks like they are concentration on being the telephone service for several western states.>>

Thanks for your updates, Randall. Appreciate the auction results as well as the perspective on Lwin's objectives. ...Tim

Randall: Are the 'markets' similar in size and scope? Is a 'market' defined geographically or by population? In general, is there room to grow out from these 'markets' into adjoining areas?

Just wondering is you have any insight.

Thanks
