And that's what you're referring to in connection with the 19 due diligence, that you -- 20 A. I'm sorry. I missed that. 21 Q. And that's what you had in mind when you refer to the due 22 diligence that firms should conduct, correct? 23 A. That's correct. What Montal appears to be getting at (IMO), is that the DTC followed normal and appropriate procedures, particularly in light of the letters vouching for the good deliverable form of the cert. (this is the way I read it and is only an opinion, any others welcome)
