Indeed, I think Montal has done this 'court stuff' once or twice before:

What Montal appears to be getting at (IMO), is that the DTC followed normal and appropriate procedures, particularly in light of the letters vouching for the good deliverable form of the cert. (this is the way I read it and is only an opinion, any others welcome)
