after a quick run-up, it then moves to a pull-back. When it has plateau-ed, and has run out of steam with no substance behind rumors or expectations, it may decline...bad news with a down tick is more of a decline. As Kasten represents a turn around company with expected profitability by yearend and some major deals brewing, this is definitely not a decline.
