At times like this I am not sure if I should say, "Welcome to the thread" or "Please, come in an have a seat," what one would say to a stranger who has come to a hospital sitting area to join a group of relative and friends of someone in the emergency ward. Yesterday we were informed things are bad, as in .15/share. Now we have to wait until the earnings release to find out just how bad. One question I have is when was or is the deadline for shareholders to return the proxies. I checked my paper recycling bin this morning but the proxie materials were not there [I voted by phone]. I'd just like to know if there is a relationship between the proxy voting deadline and the earnings warning. Lynn
