The Japanese yen price (20 minutes delayed) is available from quote.yahoo.co.jp, and the US available one is available from www.bloomberg.com under symbol sftbf. Do I think 9984 is high? I thought @Home and AOL was high back in January. The weight of money makes the danger not "in getting in at a temporary high" but "in not being in at all". Can always buy a small portion of what you ultimately are willing to hold, feel participative and wait calmly for a correction. If you do not buy any at all, you can not stay calm as the internet mania rolls upward. So, buy atleast a little bit is my advice.
