I see by that post from the Raging Bull thread that Mr. Tilton has been working on bringing this story to fruition for quite some time.

Mr. Tilton know's what he has now and I assure you when we do see the way the dividend is structured; he will have it structured in a way I believe will be advantageous to all parties involved.

Every deal he has brought to the table has been indicative of a well calculated plan that benefits everyone.

I don't expect anything but less than a favorable announcement of the way it is going to be structured.

People, you are missing the whole point. You are getting 1 additional share of another company for free. What is there to figure out?

I now have nearly 50,000 shares of TIPS. Even if TIPS goes down to .20 when it comes time to cash in my dividends, which I believe is highly unlikely, I will still make $10,000 U.S smackeroos.

What is so difficult to figure out?

Looks like Mr. Tilton bought the shell of Bria because they owned the cool ticker; TIPS.

Thanks for the post Sprint!
