n.p...wrt DMX/Pennsaid My thoughts with respect to DMX/Pennsaid are as follows: 1. Clinical data exists to support the benefit and potential for the use of topically applied non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (in general). 2. Submission to regulatory agencies could have have been a little more thorough (MAYBE this is why they're advertising for a scientific affairs and regulatory affairs associate). 3. Getting regulatory approval can be a slow process. 4. Pennsaid, if the product exists, could make DMX a much higher priced stock. Point #4 may be of concern to anyone who reads it, however, one must remember that none (most??)of us have ever seen this product or have ever used it (As I was writing this message, I double checked at their website...I couldn't find a picture of Pennsaid anywhere). We are dependent upon whatever DMX has told us. I don't want to sound like I'm paranoid, but I would like to get my hands on a bottle. They've applied for approval...they have this phase IV study going on...so I think it's time I got a hold of a bottle! The company would not release a bottle to me. FINE,I shouldn't have any problems getting some of my medical colleagues to ask for some. I'll try and get a hold of George Markus on Monday. Has anyone else tried to get Pennsaid yet?> At this time, I have an initial position in DMX, BUT I do not plan to purchase any more until I've satisfied my questions...better to buy in at a couple of dollars higher than to lose your shirt!! I may sound like I'm extremely negative on the stock...I don't mean to be...I'm just cautious. Getting a bottle of Pennsaid and having it analyzed would go a long way to easing most of my concerns.
