To be honest I don't know. The reality is that I have no idea what really happened and probably never will. At this point I am just along for the ride on what I view as perpetual options....

Tim,

Going after ledoux would cost more money than naxos has......they are better off using the funds they have left to prove the pilot plant. Hopefully they will have the money and resources to go after ledoux if the pilot plant works.
