You write:

And to that I say God bless America, Land that I love, stand beside, and guide her......There is none like her, none!!

and:

Embryo's are, by legal definition,a living thing.! It must then logically follow, that in the case of a woman carrying one, as opposed to a horse, or camel, or any species other than human being, it is further, most particularly, a human embryo. Which is reasonably concluded to be a living human being!

I have not posted any of this to convince you, I have posted it only as a matter of fact.

I assume that your overwhelming admiration for the American system does not overlook the fact that this system, through the legislative and judicial processes established in the Constitution, has determined that women do have the right to abort a fetus. The majority of the population, by virtually all polls, supports this right, and has defeated every organized attempt to remove it. As a loyal follower of the system, is it not your obligation to defer to its wisdom and accept its judgement?

On the issue of mother countries, I would say you are stretching it on the issue of maternity. Americans of British descent are far outnumbered by Americans of other ancestry, am sure, and it would be difficult to argue that our legal and political systems are based exclusively on British models.
