Here's another.... RealNetworks Conference and Exhibition '99. Held on May 5-7 at the San Francisco Marriott. Staged by Penton Media ( acquired Mecklermedia). It's sponsered by Hewlett Packard, Lotus, Intel, encoding.com, Real Broadcast Network (RBN), Oracle. Got the flier in the mail today. Any one who wants to go, it'll cost ya $895 (reg. before 4/16) and $995 (reg. after 4/16), for the full conference.......I haven't been yet, but you can get further info at rbn.com and real.com. This stuff has been here for three years. STREAMING MEDIA is the next big market wave to ride. So here's hope'n Uncle Ed has his stuff together..... Have a good weekend, all !...
