Hell, I bought Cisco in July '94 when the herd beat 25% out of its price one fine morning 'cuz they missed the anticipated earnings by one lousy cent. Finally sold last spring because I didn't like how the p/e was getting way ahead of the growth rate, and I didn't want to see my profits vanish if the Asian contagion spread to the US market. I think my cost basis was about $4. So Antoine wasn't the only chicken bear.
