Doug, my sincerest apologies. You're right. Someone posted on stockhouse something we discussed 2 days ago. I was under the impression from your past posts that you didn't listen to other peoples "hype".

Obviously you do. My mistake. However for future reference, before posting this kind of information as fact, you should state what you base your facts on to allow others on this thread to verify your source.

You gave me the impression that you went to edgar and found another amendment.

All you had to say was "i saw on such and such board" we all could have had a good laugh and that would have ended it.

but now that were are all going to court...

i guess we will just have to see how this plays out, huh????

have a good holiday.

See you on the Naz.

I'm probably putting myself out on a limb here to you all, but with regards to this lousy conversation about "cut and pastes":

Doug is partially right, when you cut and paste into HTML you lose all the extra spaces. So if you were to copy from the link –
stockhouse.com

it does squish it all up horizontally. However, he did deliberately remove, or did two separate cut and pastes to, whether intentionally or not, mislead the reader. (You will notice that << Previous Thread Next Thread >> does not show in his original post –
Message 8812858 'fraid that would give it away Doug?)

Doug, you should always show a link to where you are pasting from. By not doing so, and then not including that missing line does indeed suggest deception.

Denise.

Dagan, you know what's missing from your cut and paste? The "Next Thread/Previous Thread" line. Which would give this context, letting us know it was a cut and paste from another posting on another thread. Here's what I get with a cut and paste that includes what you posted:

bountybull Bid.Com amendment no.2 20-F 4/9/99 / 3:07:35 PM 223591
<< Previous Thread Next Thread >>

Addition of final "Auditors Report".

By Deloitte & Touche LLP

Looks like you either cut the subject line and pasted it, then the message seperately, or you removed the "Thread" line if you cut and pasted the whole thing. Either way, *all* your post's readers drew the wrong conclusion about it, assuming it was your own post, or cut from an on-line source like Edgars (check the replies and subsequent postings). Maybe the safest route in the future is to credit the post you quote from, or at least state it is pasted from another post, hunh? Or maybe better to include the link to the original so interested parties can put it in context?
