Say its January and they publicly disclose "we're going to bring our new production facility online by July 1." Now its June 29. You ask IR which says "company says the new facility is on track". July 15, company issues PR, stating new facility won't be up for another year because "concrete's not dry". In other words, contradicts IR. Question is, is company accountable for IR misleading? Anthony, do you consider TRAC a good short now that the runup has gone quite high or is it dangerous at this time.

Dear Anthony, I've been trying to think of some small way that I could also help in your Kosovo effort. When my own kids were little and upset, I would always give them a stuffed toy to hold for comfort. It occurred to me that while you are providing the necessities, perhaps we could arrange for something--like the teddy bear in the police car idea. I wrote the following letter to TY's promotional company (CYRK) requesting Beanie Babies for the trip. If anyone has a better connection to TY, a better idea, or something to add, please feel free to chime in. You care about the kids! I would like to introduce you to Mr. Anthony Elgindy, who will be leaving for Kosovo in a few days, to personally make a difference. He will be travelling with a major news organization and his purpose is to set up a "Displaced childrens' center", to provide for them a temporary home, shoes and coats. I've been trying to figure out how I can help. . .I've considered buying and sending 100 beanie-babies with him. . .but the mission is bigger than just me. So, I've come to you.
