Please give you a non-traders response; what are you wanting; some old school P/E analysis??? If you play that game in the techs; you will make no money at all. Value investing in the techs? The techs are played long or as a trade day or short-term based on the potential for the products being developed. The P/E and revenues can be near non-existent and yet if it is clear that explosive potentials are coming, the stock will trade up wildly. Supply and demand. Why would you want to ignore all of that and fall back on some old analysis that is a loser for the techs; a loser for the last how many years? Look at HLIT for example; they are losing money, but the stock is taking off because over time they have the must have product. As for AWRE; they are up huge because they are recognized as having the best designed product for the next generation DSL. They are leading everyone else and you can see it in their licensing list. The have become explosively up on their Seimans connection which was what caused AMTX to rocket after nosediving.
