OH yes finally, but I continued to post the disclosure till I got it. Now I can buy this stock and trade it as I want to. :-) Plus I get to be childish and stick my tongue out at the INTERNET GOD group. Just like being in High School ... :-) hope you had a great evening I had Chinese hootch. GB

You know Binder... There is no DEBENTURE... but you can clearly see the influence the INTERNET GOD has over people. Heck he had me... I have even sold stock so he could buy it cheap so he could still say he had all his stock ... TWICE (talk about being a moron and used like an old piece of tupperware) Once when it did not show up in his account he got me to call NDB and show them the transaction to clear it up ..... I admit I was hooked and duped but I have NO ONE to blame but myself. I would have been better off to have followed the Reverent MOON at least he furnishes his followers room and board. This stock is and had NOTHING linked to midland other than the shell was once owned by Mark Pierce who reverse merged a company into it to give it a shareholder value base. Other than that the rest of their 9 Month campaign of character assassinations of everyone but the ones that should have been focused on has been NOTHING but a TOTAL SCAM in my opinion. NOT ONE point has been proven to be factual and when it is disproven they try twisting another scenario with innuendo and if that does not work heck they will trump up something else to twist to their culture shock way of thinking. Now we have a mysterical DEBENTURE suddenly. You know the INTERNET GOD took on the internet Physic to get his following ... I know, he authored some of my posts during that time when I was warring for him. Not to mention some I made to Bender and PSUGOLD. Now he accuses everyone of authoring others posts because he does it anytime he can. You remember after he called threatening me about posting what he did not want posted. The next day, he got another one of his followers that thought they had influence over me to call my house to get you to shut up. They do not want you posting. I wish they would once post something that had an underlying basis of a fact. Aside from letters of intent on companies that are trying to go public. I would like to see the facts of the connection... It amazes me the INTERNET GOD has come out of hiding. But I love it myself. Time for PAYBACK..
