i have been thinking about this and now suspect shareholders of idt will get some shares. i do not believe because of the amount of shares jonas holds is the reason, but because of softbank and the current price of idtc. both want the price of idtc to rise, thus the softbank leak. still the price is not high enough, hence the offer of shares to a "hot" ipo, will drive idtc much higher. i bet softbank has this guarantee already if the price of idtc does not reach X before the announced date. i agree we shall get shares, and the question will be in what ratio. personally, i think it will be a 1:5.
