Internets will go up! People pulling money out of CPQs, DELLs & CSCOs of these world and putting them into the internets.

Jouer,

Alas, you may be correct for awhile, except CSCO is the ultimate internet play (along with FDX) as it provides the enabling technology for E-commerce. Until they have some respectable competition, they will remain so.

What the Box Makers and other manufacturers of commodity-style products are facing, is that the internet has drastically reduced their pricing pressure as they are forced to maintain market share. I think even Dell has to face facts in that they just can't demand the profit margins they're used to.

The internet is deflationary, causing extreme price declines and business consolidation among brick & mortar retailers. But it is also entrepreurial, creating new and profitable companies out of the ether.

Regards,

Ron
