Yes, things are markedly different this year from last at this time! Then we had the horrible uncertainty of whether or not the DEC purchased would be finalized, and if it was, would it be integrated and valuable to the bottom line in Q4? Now what do we really have? Lying? Incompetence? Mismanagement? Ineptness? We're "supposed" to be wowed by the brilliance of EP, and all we get are bland euphonistic banalities, quarter after quarter...

Yes, Q1 rev in '98 was around 5.4 b as I recall.

Year ago quarter sales were $5.69 Bil. which of course did not
include DEC. In the 1Q 1998, DEC had sales of $2.96 Bil..
