my boss says that judges are a lot like investors. they follow what others do. and judges look at what other settle deals are and give the same deal to the winner in court in their case. he says that giving warrants is something that a lot do.
i am giving up on buying stocks because i always get punched in the face. i am now looking for big money in shorting. i am hearing good things about people making big money.

I have to agree with you.

Saw a piece on telephone flim-flam operators recently -- this must be one of the lowest life forms -- they call up old people and manipulate them into wiring large amounts of money which they never see again. (won a sweepstakes, just have to pay the insurance, inheritance from long-lost relative, etc., etc)

Then the scammers call them up later posing as a support group or organizing a class action to recover their money -- and take them again.

This "settlement" seems just like the above.
