Patricia,

The last thing that I saw that might be considered "noteworthy" was that Dennis Sinclair had filed with the SEC to sell about 600K shares.

I don't know how to take that, as he might have been thinking that the stock would go up in price. :)

Bear in mind that he is a registered broker and that his "first love" is to be a "stock broker". He has his own brokerage and he may be devoting more of his energies to that, I don't know.

Actually, I am happier to see that we have no more "BS" press releases. Hopefully, the next one will have some substance. :)

Very best regards,

AD

Patricia,

Oh, by the way, I noticed that Cary Berman has registered to sell about 50,000 reg 144 shares. I don't know what that means.

Perhaps, someone should call and ask. They don't like to hear from me, so I hpoe that someone else will call and report what they find. :) As you know, if Dennis wants to talk to me, he calls me at work. It's been a while since he has done so. Perhaps he has nothing good to report. Bwaaahaaaahaaaaa!!

Best regards,

AD
