Chief, Thanks for the return message. I'm glad to hear the form 10 is completed and will examine as soon as it's made available. I have in my mind a number of ideas how the company is being run, but I'm really only guessing. I hope this filing will give insight as to how things are being done?? Also, at Mr. Pounds direction, I e-mailed Mr. Calis to ask for info regarding their participation in future consumer electronic shows. I have some annual leave available and would gladly attend to view ITKG product(s). If I hear anything back I'll post. Much obliged, KCMike
