The warrants are trading off the price of the common, so about $1 less than the common price. However they closed last trade at $2.70.
As regards the preferred, it's listed on Calgary and is in US$. Each Preferred is convertible to 4 common shares so at close today they are intrinsically worth $14Cdn per share which is US$ 9.33. There are not very many outstanding and trade very thinly.
