daaan- agree with pump and dump analysis but don't hold your breath for ep and em to do anything good for you the shareholder,if you get a good deal on alta vista it gives THEM less amm to cook the numbers with in the future(why do you think they bought dec in the first place?).they don't have too many rabbits left in the hat anyway.

daan: CPQ management can only sell their stock at certain times if my understanding is correct.

I am not aware of this "policy," but if it's true, it is one of the most stoopid things I have ever heard and by its very nature would encourage stock price manipulation.
