Alex Muerelo was very steamed the day that I talked with him. However, that was the day he lost the court fight for a preliminary injunction. Now might very well be a different story.

If he's smart, and I have every reason to believe he is, he will reach some sort of amicable compromise with the board, such as seats for himself and one other associate.

His latest SEC filing mentions that he would nominate himself and one other person. Perhaps the compromise would be for the board to make those nominations for him, resulting in no contest for board seats.
