Compaq's warning certainly will have some negative effects for the tech sector on Monday. I hope the damage to be done only to the PC industry, not to others. Actually if those who will sell their PC stocks put their money into IDTC, they might recover some of their losses quickly. Though, I still wish we could hear something from IDT before Monday's market open. IDTC hasn't come up any news since March 29, even though they are sitting on quite a few. For example, what about the deal with Prodigy? With Go network, with IBM, and etc.

Blankmind

You are naive to think that the Softbank story will still move the stock on Monday. Another example of incredibly overly optimistic thinking!!! Anyone who cares anything about IDTC has already see the story. the market is very efficient and news gets digested fast.
