Francois: Your concerns were addressed by the CEO for one of the largest investors in our group. That being said-CEO gave very strong assurance that PP would not be a negative factor once investors see the results. You have to remember that a PP with dilution affects the CEO, CFO and COO to a much greater extent than it does us. CEO has over 5M shares, CFO 1M, COO 1M the other board members have another 12M shares. As far as investing in PP-they will be glad to hear from anyone interested-but you must sign a waiver of confidentiality, you receive retricted stock which cannot be traded for 1 to 2 years and min. investment is $1M or more. The terms of the PP is not open to the public. Hope this clears your concerns.
