The dynamics of mkt trading has changed in a drastic way because of the WEB, very low cost and the generation of traders that do not really have any real nasty experience yet of a significant downturn in the mkt. As mentioned here long time ago, the WEB reaches are far and near, and that it is very likely that in certain cases, split-minutes' price movement within a day can be impacted by what posted on the message threads. Getting back to FORE's valuation, if they do not annouce any takeover the stock probably will trade around low 20s for the next week.
