Of course NATO will pay. They'll lend Serbia the money, so Serbia can buy the equipment from EU and employ the refugees. I have no doubt that EU will imagine or create the money out of thin air. It's called the old post-world war II paradigm. the Serbs and Albania and Macedonians and Croats will all fall in love with EU and stand in line to be let in, establish human rights enforcement cmmissions, send folk dancing troops to visit each other, go to each other's universities and have on hell of a good time. Every one will get rich. They'll have international colloquia on what idiots we were. All of these are preconditions for being admitted to EU and NATO. All of this, of course, is according to prophecy.
