ZSUN does NOT own any stock trading companies, Tobin does perosnally. That he owns a piece of ZSUN is NOT the same. Hong Kong Securites and Commodities regulatory agency has already fined him for not being registered there. SEC will not be so leinent here. Let the fireworks begin....
