Not that it is necessary to take sides on this issue but I would agree with Tim Luke. It sounded like a lot of crap given the time of the day and the reckless affect it had on trading for the rest of the day. I would have preferred to stay up 3/4 of a point and yes I do believe that the RUMOR ruined an otherwise nice day for FORE. The rumor I heard (UNCONFIRMED) is that FORE will be bought for $37 per share by an American suitor by Tuesday or Wednesday a.m. at the latest. Details being finalized as we speak. EOM
