what is so "nice" about it--the "posts" or the infrequency of them?

Just curious.

I'm not convinced there will be any selloff on Monday that wouldn't have happended anyway without CPQ's announcement.

The market has known for weeks that CPQ would have a week quarter. Look, we even saw the first chink in DELL's armour back in February. THE PC MARKET HAS NOT BEEN REAL STRONG FOR A WHILE NOW.

This reminds me of MOT. I'm not sure if anyone remembers MOT but MOT was once considered a tech bellweather are one time. Then they started missing numbers quarter after quarter. Analysts would keep lowering estimates for MOT and after a while it didn't matter.

I think CPQ is gonna approach MOT status if they don't right the ship soon. CPQ has had a negative return now or pretty close to it over the past 12 months.

If the market sells off on Monday, it's because the market would have sold off anyway and not because of CPQ. Let's not forget this a volatile market and the DOW is up an astounding 36% from the October low, MSFT is up over 100% in the same time, and the I-net stocks are up much more.

Remeber folks, it's never too late to buy MSFT.
