How long has this person worked there, 20 months? Give me a break. I'm sorry that this person didn't decide to start his/her employment at a more attractive price point for his/her options. Puh-leeeze!

My options for the '98 and '97 were priced in April. Do the math. Here's a chart that roughly explains. And these are just my OPTIONS!
