Yes. $45 is a good target. Q.: I have seen many 144s, often cited here. How much of the stock has been actually sold? How much form 4s have been filed. Have to check Bloomberg. So that could be a huge bear trap? No? What, if the shares sold by the insiders didn't hit the market but are being sought up by a future acquirer? C.

In an initial public offering filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Los Angeles, Calif.,-based company said it applied to trade on Nasdaq under the stock symbol (Nasdaq:JFAX - news). The offering in the Internet-based messaging and communications services provider will be made through Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, BancBoston Robertson Stephens and CIBC World Markets. DLJdirect Inc is facilitating Internet distribution. Net proceeds will be used to expand its global network, repay debt and redeem preferred stock, and to fund marketing and advertising activities.
